I have an old system running LGA775 platform! With an Intel E2160 processor and a 1gb of ram!

 

What will happen if i put a r7 260x in it?

The 260x can't perform like a 260x. Your system will bottleneck it. E2160 is very old and weak. Also 1GB RAM? What will you use it for?

Yes, nanowatt is right, that cpu and the gb of ram will bottleneck the 260x...
