So I ordered some headphone to find out weeks later my order was cancelled... well i don't know what happened to my money or anything. I am looking at a Steelseries 7H because Linus recommends them so much in his videos and such. What version has 3.5mm headphone jacks and where can I find one? Also what do i do with Amazon I don't know how to contact them.

They have email support, just keep searching the website for it. As for the 3.5mm jack one, you have to get the analog version.

Well for the US site the usb one is cheaper lol. Amazon should have email, chat, and phone, I normally do chat because well its easier to understand.

Not sure about Amazon Canada, but in the UK the customer service is pretty good, they even have a call back feature just punch in your number on the contact page and they call you straight back, maybe worth checking out....

Seller but Amazon didn't tell me the order was cancelled and they said they had no proof of the order.

Did you buy on the actual amazon website? You should usually get an order confirmed email straight away.

I would question whether they will give you a refund now if you've waited for so long.

Fill a complain on your bank or credit card, when a transaction has been made sometimes it is reversed at the time but banks take time to show as reversed, usually you will see it in hold. The waiting time is about 45 days.

That's all that matters, glad to hear it :) I've only ever had one issue with Amazon and it was due to another seller, I usually avoid them if I can and try to buy off Amazon themselves, they do honor all their refunds for sellers though.
