I really like this laptop but i want more performance and

I dont have tons of money for another laptop or build a desktop pc.

nah not that great performance if not thunderbolt or that Alienware one, and overall not really worth it IMO

I'm guessing you are talking about an external GPU.

 

I wouldn't really recommend it, you have to use an external monitor to get any benefit from it, and the cost of the enclosure is usually pretty high, then you have to get a GPU to go with it too.

It's very limited as far as performance goes, as most solutions are low bandwidth. That's what makes that alienware dock so cool, and the other one comming, msi is it? 

Plus that laptop has no hdmi input, like alienwares do. So you;d have to play on an external monitor, unless you have an alienware. God I wish more manufacturers had that feature.
