Semi modular but the only cables you cannot detach are the 24-pin and 8-pin EPS connector for the motherboard and CPU and you need those anyway so it's no big deal

i know that this isn't what you are asking for but change the motherboard imo to a z97 chipset just becuase of the posability to overclock in the future and it being just straight up better really

Some people don't feel safe overclocking. Understandable IMO

it is great just to have the option yes i understand the feeling but maybe like 2 years down the road he might feel greatfull that he put in the extra 20 bucks to get an overclocking motherboard wich is what happened to me
