This is another client build, I have a rough idea maybe lower end to mid ranch i5. best gpu possible, 4 gbs of memory, 1tb hdd, 120gb ssd. I need some info.

I don't imagine so. With only gaming, 4gb should have been pleanty but Ill probably go with 8.
