Hi

Every time I shut my computer down it freezes. I have to hold the power button down for it to shutdown and when the computer is on, random programs freeze and it's impossible to kill them. Even with task manager and cmd (taskill /f /im taskname).

I've searched for virus, didn't find any, I have put the anti spy (malwarebytes anti malware) as an exclusion to the anti virus (microsoft security essentials) and vice versa. Now, when I did that it actually worked...for 1 week. Then it came back and I have no clue why. I use comodo firewall and the windows firewall is disabled.

I installed glary utilities and it found a disk error, I repaired it with but it didn't work.

Any clues as to what it might be?

i had this error also some times it went a way and came back and went away and came back. I think its just a windows bug,...

I ignored that bug, and just killed it via hardware switch, worked fine for me.

But you could make a desktop shortcut:

C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /s /t 00 /f

and shutdown your pc that way

i am not a native speaker of the english language
