Origins problem buying online

Hey guys any of you guys having troubles buy online on origins? I have already contacted customer support and they where no help. Ive tried multiple payment methods witch have money on each one and nothing will go threw any ideas. error code is 10048 thought id pick up titan fall since its only 14.99 but i guess im not.

so i cant buy titan fall but i can buy bf4 on origins wtf origins
