Hey guys i'm building a gaming pc in about half a year, my budget is around $1000 (Give or take $200 extra). The question is what graphics card and/or other parts do you recommend?

Link: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/82qTjX

I have a budget for my graphics card and power supply of around $300 (Give or take $200) I will be buying 2

ASUS VG248QE monitors to go along with the build and a new keyboard and mouse.

So what parts do you recommend me purchasing? Thanks in advance, sorry for the poor sentence structure :D

Ok heres the working link, I also wanted to add I don't need a SSD or a Hard drive. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/82qTjX

Well... yeah, you should go with my build instead... also a 120GB SSD for the OS is something I definitely recommend at any build around 1000$ or more. It will speed up your system alot.

Oh... you posted that you dont need a SSD and I stop reading from there because alot of people saying that and go with a build without a SSD... If you say your already have SSD and HDD it will be a different matter. Either way just remove the SSD and HDD from the build I gave you~

Who said I'll be gaming? I'm using this build... Yes for gaming but also for light 3D rendering. I have a system thats worth alot more but I have had the urge to build one myself.

FX will be better then an i5 in things that can actually use all 8 cores, since each i5 core isn't necessarily twice as powerful as each FX core.

Gaming won't benefit from the extra cores though, just things like photo/video editing, 3D rendering, etc

The first sentence of the OP says gaming PC. Light 3D rendering will still be perfectly fine with an i5, the performance boost an FX will give in rendering doesn't outweigh the performance loss in games.

True in rendering the 8350-8320 are a much better deal

... you should read this thread before making a thread... http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

Anyway if it just light editing a i5 4690k is good too, and if whatever you use can really use multiple cores then a FX 8370 might not be a bad choice, still it's not good for gaming though. But for Mobo I'd say you better go with ASUS/MSI/Gigabyte mobi instead of ASRock. And the H100i is quite old so how about H220-X or Kraken X61 or H110 instead?
