"USB device not recognized" Error

Hi, I have recently encountered a problem in Windows 7 Ultimate. The problem is that every time I try to connect my USB flash drive or phone to transfer music, pictures and videos it does not seem to recognize it. Ironically, this does doesn't seem to happen with my other three USB devices which are my webcam, mouse and Wireless USB adapter for my internet. I have tried almost every solution that I could find: re-installing the USB drives, disable and re-enable them back again,among others. I don't wish to re-install my operating system again until I know that there's a solution to fix this problem, if it comes to having to re-install everything back again, then I suppose that I have no choice. What solutions do you recommend that might or can fix this problem?

try uninstalling the drivers from computer management

I unistalled the one that was connected to my mouse haha, had to shut it down and turn it back on again. I'll try to uninstall and re-install them again, the other thing is that it was working just fine before
