Core 0 is where most of the stuff happens (My guess), the other cores become active when needed (Again, my guess)

Propably because of your ambient. OC temps aren't that different from stock temps while idle. As for why 1st core takes most of processing work, you are propably running software that is 32bit and optimized to only one core.
