Sorry if I'm not abiding by a rule, I'm quite new. I currently have a GTX 560 2GB Special Edition by EVGA (the one with the yellow stripe, classified?) and I'm looking to upgrade. My budget MUST NOT exceed $200, I;m not afraid of getting a used card, I'm looking for other people's opinions on what I should do? My current setup is: i7-3770(non-k), 16gb 1600MHz ram, 120gb SSD, Corsair HX750

This should be good for you, buying used is sometimes okay but with amd cards usually the used ones were ones previously used for coin mining so their lifespan is severely shortened so you should stay away from those. Also welcome to the forum :D
