So I am looking at getting either of these 2 graphic cards because of the cheap price and am wondering what the differences are and which is better?

The cheaper one is better as it is clocked higher.

They appear to be two listings of the exact same GPU.. The title of the listing just says a slightly different clockspeed, but they should be identical.
