RAID Help

I am looking to Install a RAID 10 in my build but I am not sure what the best choice in parts would be. I wanna do 4x250GB and I don't want to spend a ton on HDD's. Not really interested in SSD's at all because of how expensive they are. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
