it's fine. go for it. or maybe you want to go with Z97 for better support for next gen CPU (Broadwell) (not sure, but they said it will be compatible with Z97)

4570 is pure haswell, not Haswell-R like 4590. so it will be allright. about bios update, just see for bios update changelogs. most of newer bios update nowadays is for better stability and compatibility with newer haswell-R cpu. (CMIIW)
