Worst video game character?

So this is the same as the best video game characters but invert everything.

My top 3 worst characters are:

Lightining is rubbish and has no emotions or anything and your have to be a badass then which she is not.

Overpowered and nearly caused me to break many things.

Its its just weird.

Zangief is awesome and the worst in my opinion is

These comes in no particular order, just the order i remember them in:

• 1. Paul Revere from Assassins Creed III. Because he is annoying, obnoxious and won't shut up.
• 2. The dog from Duck Hunt. Don't need to say more.
• 3. Belathor from Skyrim. Nobody likes a grumpy Breton

The game wouldn't let me kill him:

 

Ashley from Mass Effect was just awful, but at least the game let me kill her.

 

The black mobsters in Hotline Miami were also annoying because they meant that I couldn't go on a knife rampage through some levels

Claptrap is awesome. He quite a dick but not the biggest dick in gaming history.
