Aiming with 4K?

Go to solution Solved by Blake,

I went from HD to FHD to QHD to UHD and didn't even touch the DPI on my mouse, handled the same on each.

Hey so since there is a bunch of pixels in 4k, I hear you have to turn your dpi up. Is there a way to make it so on 4k your aim in games is the same? I'm going from 1080p to 4K and I've spent a lot of time playing a game with this certain mouse sensitivity, I don't want to like mess it up..

I haven't noticed any major change aiming on my 4k panel vs 1080p. I don't run as high a dpi as you so I'm not too sure. You're gonna have to experiment and figure out what's right for you all over again.

Wait, if you use a higher resolution you need more DPI? I'm already on 4000 with 1080p :(

What the hell? I'm at a tenth of that. How the hell do you even game like that?

I could ask the same of you!

400dpi is nothing, you must be skipping pixels all over the place!

I like to not overshoot everything :P
