Razer Naga Hex issue

Ok so I have had this mouse for a long time and it worked great. But just today I wanted to play some black ops 2 zombies and my side buttons arent working. I like using the side buttons for side items like monkey bombs, claymores, and gun attachments. But they are not working. 

 

I reset all to default and mapped it out again and nothing. I downloaded synapse and nothing. I restarted my computer and nothing. 

 

Funny thing is that it works in league. I map out screen lock to the side button and I map out num 1 so that i can use sonyas easily. 

 

So is it the game or the mouse? Ideas?

 

Oh also tried unplugging the mouse and using a different usb port.

it was working fine like a week ago on that game. Wonder what the problem is.
