I have decided on getting a 7950 graphics card but unsure of the make to get, Not to bothered about noise, just how well it performs whilst running a game without overclocking, however may overclock at a later date

Gigabyte or Sapphire. Both great choices!

Is not water cooling get any with a good cooler that are non reference cooler. the ASUS, HIS IceQ and Windfroce are good also The sapphire one. Basically what ever one you like, they are all similar in OC, maybe the triple slot ASUS one is the best but more pricey.

I'd go with sapphire, the reason being its a refrence PCB and you can water clock it easily for achieving higher overclocking if you wanna do it later.

Also it has lesser noise.

Yes get sapphire I have had 5 sapphire cards starting back to about 2000 and now I have a garage full of cables :p. Sapphire has an excellent value as it comes with every video adapter that is relevent at the time.
