I use an app on my gs4 called timely that can have multiple alarms a day at any time. Though its an alarm app not a reminder but could be used the same way. Not sure if it's on ios though

Is there a free iOS app that I can set reminders on that has the option to repeat every hour as minimum?

The reminder app itself?

The lowest reminder repeat is 1 day.

I could use my Nexus 7 or my old shitty android. Thanks.
