The only requirements are that your display card can handle 2, i have a 1080p75hz and a 720p60hz monitor and they work fine.  You will need displayfusion in order for the wallpaper to not look like trash though.

yes(i think) and yes/no(depends if its to span the image or game through both no but if its one for gaming or work and the other for skype web monitoring temps etc than yes)
