Hey guys

I am planning on building a gaming PC and for that I am planning on buying the ASRock Z87 Extreme4 that is currently on sale on Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157488&cm_re=Z87_Extreme_4-_-13-157-488-_-Product) but I also want to go with the GTX 970. Do you guys know if these two parts are compatible? PCPartpicker is telling me I just need to update the BIOS but I want to make sure before I buy the Mobo.

The build I have so far (not necessarily final) with the Z87 for reference:

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 240M 86.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($69.99 @ Newegg)
