help with mobo-cpu combination

should i get an fx 8320 (cost : 9900) with msi 970 gaming motherboard (cost 7800) (total : 17700)

 

or

 

fx 8350 (cost 12350) and with GA-970A-DS3P non rev. (cost 5930) (total 18280) ?

 

both are within my price range and the difference dosent matter. ill be overclocking either one with the cooler master hyper 212x with an extra CM xtra flow fan. I want the one which will get me the better overclocked performance. thanks.
