Not to long ago I made a post about a computer I wanted to build. Someone gave me a pretty good list to go off of, and I am planning on buying my parts around black Friday.

Basically I want to know for sure that all these parts are compatible for each other, and also if there is anything I should change/upgrade on this build. Also is it worth waiting till black Friday?

Build's good. Personally I would recommend a 970 instead and get another as an upgrade. If you're not planning to add another GTX980 in the rig, get the CSM450. :)

I think a 980 is a bit of an overkill if you're just playing on a 1080p monitor.

I just basically want something that I can have for many years without upgrading for 2-3 years possibly.

I just wanted to make sure that everything was able to work together, and would work for everything that I might want to do.

everything do work together. But 980 is 1440p ultra settings, and not at all required for 1080p. It's a huge overkill, like taking a 780 ti to play 1080p games. If you're however going to play higher than 1080p I would personally start getting a 970 and a PSU of 700-800W

Get the 970 instead of and a motherboard that supports SLI

It's not worth paying 200$ more just for 1080p
