Is this a good build?

This will be my first pc build and I don`t exactly nkow if this is good for the price or should i wait for a better graphics card?

 

 

 
Crucial Ballistix Sport - 8gb 2*4gb sticks

WD Blue - 1TB

Gigabyte GV-N760OC-4GD - graphics card

 

If you have a cheaper solution without changing the CPU or GPU I would like to know what i should change.

And should I wait for the gtx 960?

I think he wants to keep the CPU and GPU the same

Well there's nothing to make the build cheaper except for getting a cheaper case, mobo and PSU. Switching platform is better IMO. In what I've built, he can easily change the GPU to lessen the price tag since that's the only cheapest component in pcpartpicker.
