i'm having an issue where at random times my pc will just lock up, the audio freezes, and everything stops, until I hard reset.  It's been like this since I built it, about a year ago.  It doesn't happen often.  At first I thought it was because I was using an old hard drive, so I upgraded it and it worked for a while, then started again.  The next thing I replaced is my ram, still, with no luck.  Then I thought maybe my cpu was overheating, so I installed an h80i to it.  It made the issues less frequent, but didn't stop them.  It just happened again, with the cpu temps at roughly 18c.  I'm now thinking it's my cheap power supply dropping voltage to the hard disk for a few seconds (Enough to lock it up) or my CPU failing.  How do I test these?

Specs:

AMD A8 6600k APU

8GB Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3

F2A55-M motherboard by Asus

1TB WD black

Thermaltake 700w PSU.

I'm convinced it's my $40 psu, but i'm still not sure.
