50$max IEMs

I have an HTC One M8 and as you probably know, the one IEMs are utter crap that make all mids disappear. I listen to progressive metal, so a fairly flat signature that doesn't kill mids or highs while still having enough bass would be preferable. No more than 50$ if you will. Anyone have any suggestions?
