Used or New GPU

Go to solution Solved by Spiderloser,

hihi there there nothing wrong with going with a used item  i buy used most of the  time just bear in mind they may have shorter life spans then new check to see how old they are b4 buyig if its only a few months its fine but a few years i would avoid

try this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-Superclocked-GTX-770-Double-Bios-with-Backplate-/251677135457?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item3a99205261

So I'm on a budget and looking for something like a EVGA GTX 770 Superclocked w/ ACX Cooler 2GB.
=========================

Budget = $320 aud or $280 usd

=========================

I'm wanting to get it by Christmas. So it seems like my options are to either buy it used, look into another option or wait for the EVGA GTX 770 SC ACX 2GB to drop price (if it does).

I'd prefer a reliable NVIDIA Card (reference or non-reference I don't care) and to shop online (like amazon/ebay or any other trustworthy cheap websites).

Btw at this current time the EVGA GTX 770 SC ACX 2GB is $316 usd on amazon.

! ! ! Thanks ! ! !

Cool, I'll save that link. But do you think there's any chance of the gtx 770 on amazon dropping price again before Christmas? Thanks for the quick reply ! ! !

i cant really tell from the pics but looking at the box it doesnt say it is acx cooled so probly is not

also about the princes of the  gtx 770 i really cant say its possible this stuff goes dow n i price a lot soo keep looking you never know

Will do, thanks a lot. Btw I just realized that in Australia we gotta pay about $200 more on ebay if we buy the card in our country (so ill just use ebay.com instead of .com.au lol).  Anyway I will get the gpu on amazon if it drops however I'll look into ebay as my alternative.  :)

I would personally never buy used because you never know how much life is left in the card, could come with pre-existing problems, etc. I'd just assume saving and buying new.
