Hi there. Basically, what I want to do is transfer about 108 GB worth of data from my laptop to my desktop PC. I have tried uploading it on Skydrive and many other places, but it takes way too long to do so. So, I was wondering would it be possible to remove the hard drive from my laptop and put in in my desktop PC so I can copy the files over from one hard drive to another? If it is, are there any special pieces of equipment that I would need or anything?

Thanks.

P.S. I apologise if I posted this in the wrong section.
