fan placement for ethro pro

Need help with best placement for fans. I have replaced the front intake 200 mm with two coolmaster 120's. I Have corsair h100i/ w stock 120's place up top pushing out. Rear exhaust is a corsair 120af. Main question is I have two more spots above and below hdd cages should I fill them and in what config both intake ?

Exhaust out the top, intake from the bottom
