if you have been using at all day, its fine specially on stock cooler, if that is idle temp you should RIOT

Edit: if you have been playing and watching streams its normal, consider buying a budget cpu cooler like CM Hyper 212

No not at all. Only get worried at 85c+ consistently.

Yep that's about right for a stock cooler.

And for god's sake will everyone stop hating on the stock cooler when OP has an Intel CPU and isn't overclocking? It's designed to cool the Intel CPU it came with at stock speeds and does a great job at that. AMD are the ones with stock coolers worth complaining about.

If it keeps your temps below about 80 under load for how you use it, that's ok. If it were me I'd do a stress test for a while to see what load temps get up to and consider replacing it if they got scary high, but then if it were me I would be overclocking anyway soooooo yeah.

And I'm sure I've already answered the fan question. Those diagrams look familiar.

Most people like to have the top fans as out-takes since hot air rises. I'd have both side panels, both fronts as IN, both top and the rear as OUT.

Get a hyper 212 cooler for $30. It'll keep your CPU much cooler.

Intel Inside. Overweight guy in his 30's outside.

That cooler has been rated for use with their CPUs at stock settings. Your CPU won't be the coolest or the quietest, but it shouldn't get hot enough to cause a problem.

And for the fans, I can't remember what I said but it probably had something to do with convection, positive pressure and using the side vents as intakes.

Nothing will blow up, but as nerds, we like to maintain low temperatures. Not because the CPU will break if we don't, but rather 'just cuzz'. The same way that car nerds like to have a better air filter for their car. It won't make a big difference but they just like to have it.

However, there is a possibility that the CPU will overheat on the stock cooler if, for example, you pin it with something intense like the latest P95 blend or IBT for extended periods of time. The stock cooler doesn't tolerate prolonged 100% load very well.

Really? I was under the impression that it could cope with anything a user could potentially throw at the CPU without breaking warranty conditions (such as OCing, replacing, tampering with, etc). Simply "using it a lot" doesn't seem right. It might scream at you for doing it... I almost want you to stresstest it and tell us what your temps reached
