Yes... Get a H97 Mobo if possible. You dont need Z-Version chipset because your cpu isn't unlocked.

You can't overclock that CPU, if you wanna OC you have to buy the ''K'' version (like 4690K). You will be able to overclock the GPU (doesn't depend on the mobo chipset)

I mean why would i want to OC a cpu? it doesnt improve gaming performance what does it improve?

How should i know why you'd want to oc. I don't think its necessary usually... if you can get that mobo cheap - great!
