SSD RAID 0 Question

Hi everybody

 

Here is my situation. 

 

I have 2 Samsung 840 EVO 120gb SSD's that I want to setup in RAID 0 but 1 of them has my OS already on it, and the other has all my games/programs. I really don't want to loose everything on them so I thought I'd just image them and then restore the image after setting up the RAID 0, but doing this will leave me without an OS *facepalm*  My next thought was to install a fresh copy of windows onto a separate drive (I have 3 2tb Storage drives) then setup the RAID 0 on my SSD's and then re-image on old OS onto the RAID. I started doing this last night but got halfway through the install and second guessed myself and decided i'd check it out here first. I searched the forums and found a few posts regarding SSD RAID 0 but nothing that really helped my current situation. I also searched Google but didn't find anything elsewhere helpful either 

 

SO 

 

Given that the 2 SSD's I have programs/games I don't want to loose as well as my OS what would be the best method for setting them up in RAID 0?

I would image the SSD onto an HDD, set up the RAID, and then image the HDD back onto the RAID
