$1650 dollar build

So, with this pc the purpose is mid - high level gaming without video editing. I also plan to overclock the cpu and the gpu.

please tell me if anyone has any suggestions to make the pc cheaper and/ or better.

This is actually a very well-rounded build! Nothing in particular that I would change, but maybe some personal preferences like liking wd more than seagate, but if you don't mind, its okay.

Is your budget strictly $1650, or can you stretch? 

I would do the exact same thing as you, but if you could stretch your budget a bit more, you may be able to fit a 980 in there?
