I NEED HELP

I have a iMac but I am running Windows 7 and I have some problems. There is a product called the Vidock where you are able to dock a GPU and connect it to the PC but i have some where there are reports that the Vidock would only work with notebooks, laptops but not the desktop.

The vidock is unable to be recognised is Windows.

 

I am wondering if there is a way to configure this to work 

 

 

It is not an app but a product

I am a bit confused but the app will work on any Windows device,if its a laptop,tablet or desktop,windows 8 is windows 8 

Ignore me just did some research on that thing
