Only SHIELD branded devices have it. Even the Tegra Note 7, a tablet made by nvidia, doesn't have it.

God the kid above is dumb.

You can use this absolutely wonderful application called limelight to do nvidia streaming on any android device. Admittedly it's not super smooth with snapdragon SoC phones(And you need a BEAST internet connection), but I'd imagine the nexus 9 would have no issues since the k1 has h.264 encoder built in. I don't, however know if the developer has optimized it to work on tegra CPU's like the k1 since they are typically only on nvidia's devices or asus's ,(which takes up a very small portion of the android market).
