What ultrabook to get?

Hi

 

My mom decided to buy an ultrabook, and as always I need to help her choose. It should have a 13" screen, an i3 CPU or higher and a 128GB SSD. It also needs to have Windows, so please don't suggest any MacBook Airs. Win8.1 is preferred. I'm thinking of the Dell XPS 13.

The Dell XPS 13 is very nice though...

The Dell XPS 13 is very nice though... 

That would be the price of a Macbook + 100 euros.

 

She already has a Surface 2. And I think that SP3 has an 11" screen...
