I only have to collect the CPU and Case and Pay for the PSU and get it shipped...Phew!

If I were you, I would change some things there

at this price range I would get an all-in-one Corsair watercooling
get the 1866Mhz version of the RAM you picked for 5$ more max
get Corsair Neutron GTX or Samsung 850 Pro or Intel 730 SSD instead
get Seagate SSHD instead of the Hitachi hdd
get the Asus N wifi adaptor around the same price instead

If I were you, I would change some things there

at this price range I would get an all-in-one Corsair watercooling

I would have if that was the price i got the items... But i went around melbourne and sydney looking for clearance and cheap products...

Nope they chucking out old 775 gigabyte mobo and some old ati vga and then i was seeing what they were and then i found a 512gb ssd and he said its not theirs, they don't sell king fast ssds so i took it and bam it works like a charm

I already had a keyboard and mouse, both gigabyte

i got the os just 1 hour ago from a voucher of buying a 4tb hdd and get 1 os free

read above for the ssd story and yeah...

I feel like selling this build for $2000 (do you think it can be sold for that much?) and then building a new pc with a budget of $2000.
