Steam games and multiple PC's....

If I want to set up a HTPC in the living room and want to install all of my games on it I could still play the games on both systems right just not at the same time? Is this the same for Origin?

IDK probbly correct, but i just use inhome streaming. Just an Idea.

Like the idea however one of the main games I would like to play is BF4. Can't play that using in-home streaming as far as I know

Yeah you can have your games installed to as many PCs as you want (or at least I've never seen any limits anywhere).. You just obviously can't be logged in and playing at the same time on multiple PCs.

 

The same goes for Origin and Uplay.

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems

hmm, all my nonsteam games work fine on Steam in home streaming, i gotta try BF4, that battle bog may be an issue.

You cant be logged into steam on more than one computer at the same time.  But you can have steam and your games installed on as many computers as you want.

all u do is add notepad to your steam game library then stream notepad then minimize it and now it will be streaming your whole desktop then just open bf4 but make sure its running in windowed mode no borders and it should work.
