looking for a new cpu cooler

I'm looking for a new cpu cooler. It will be on an AMD FX-6300 and used to for cooling whilst playing games.

I have an Aerocool X-Predator Evil Black Edition tower case so my guess is that most coolers are going to fit the case

Why do you need a new cooler?

I'd go with a Hyper 212 Evo or stick with stock.

Hyper 212 Evo

Dark Knight Nighthawk

Nighthawk is a little pricier, but performs great.

Don't buy a Hyper 212 its is sheep crap, I have one and it only beats out the stock by 5C. I only have a duel core and it idles at 40c with the Hyper 212, I will replace  with something better.

Think you fit it wrong dude. Love my Hyper 212 Evo!

Amazing temps on my 3570k @ 4.4GHz. Idle 30-35 degrees C, max ~70 degrees C.
