You could always try to change your mic config...

 

Maybe putting it as far away from your keyboard as possible or making it capture just really loud sounds but you'd probably have to speak louder too.

O-rings will help but I believe the clicky sound will still be there.

You can eliminate the problem with a more directional boom mic. At least I really hope you aren't using a table or lapel mic (?)

And if you do have a boom mic on a proper headset, are you at least keeping the keyboard in front of you and not in your lap?
