GPU stopped working

So i recently re installed windows 7 HP on my pc and everything worked great. Until i had to install 150+ updates for windows and ever since then my GTX 680 stopped working. It isn't detected on geforce experience as well.  Any help?

uninstall drivers and reinstall them is the display coming off it or off the itegrated
