You can try and boot it up, but you'll more than likely have the wrong drivers installed for Ethernet, audio, chipset, etc...

 

It's recommended you reinstall Windows so it's a clean state, but if you want to try and use it and install the correct drivers over the old ones then by all means. As said above, you'll probably have to reactivate Windows due to a new motherboard.
