Audio Setup Help

aidenrelkoff

So i have my HyperX Clouds in line out (green), my mic in the MIC port (red), and i reprogrammed the "line-in" port to also output volume.

now here is my question, is there way i can make the speakers like a sub-woofer?(each one has a 3" sub so its actually half decent bass)

What i want is for them to play low frequencies. like explosions and stuff, and then just have my headphones for the rest of the sound.

can i do this?

You could set it to output LFE (Low Frequency Effects) as that is actually what you want. :)

is that what that is? cool

Yes. Set the blue ring to LFE, and the green ring to front speaker. You might not get the full basses though, as the HyperX is a closed headphone. But perhaps you could still get few rumbles.
