I need a nice budget keyboard and mouse for regular use and gaming.

(Like really budget, under 40 USD budget.)

I don't know if I could get a mechanical keyboard and mouse for that cheap. But, I don't nessesarly need one. I would like a nice smooth keyboard, and that is pretty quiet. (Don't mind clicking though.)
