Whats your cpu cooler ?

Hello. this is my pc:

motherboard: msi p55 cd 53

cpu: i5 760

gpu: gtx 570

now my question is if a gtx 970 will this be  a good upgrade or will it be a big bottleneck?

whats your budget also the 970 will bottlneck but not hugeley
