So right now I'm paying for 50mbs down 25mbs up and only getting maybe 20 down 17 up on wireless. I have about 18 devices and I need a router with a at least 50feet radius to give me what I'm paying for.

But I cant decide between these two:

ASUS 66U: http://www.amazon.com/RT-N66U-Dual-Band-Wireless-N900-Gigabit-Router/dp/B006QB1RPY/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1413119248&sr=1-1&keywords=asus+router

ASUS 68U:http://www.amazon.com/RT-AC68U-Wireless-AC1900-Dual-Band-Gigabit-Router/dp/B00FB45SI4/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1413119248&sr=1-3&keywords=asus+router

I jus need help deciding... Any help would be appreciated

I know my name is bad I made it not thinking I would use it. Just call me dogenut...

Both are great routers, but it depends on what kind of devices you have on your network. If you have many devices that can use Wireless AC, then you will see a benefit from the ASUS AC 68u, but if none of your devices are AC compatible, the ASUS N66u will perform better for them (while also being cheaper to purchase).

How does its performance differ from the Asus ones?

In smallnetbuilder.com you have plenty information. As Blade of Grass says you have to know which devices use only the 2.4, 5 or both frequency and If they have AC compatibility. After all the wireless network will operate at the speed of the worst device that is connected.
