Which board do I get between these 3 boards? I'm not looking into any other boards.

These boards are all similarly priced

I will be putting in a i7 4790k and a ASUS GTX 970 STRIX with Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 1866MHz RAM

I will be gaming as well as video editing and using this PC for everything because it will be my main PC

MAXIMUS VI HERO

Z97-PRO (WiFi AC)

SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 1

Online is too much off a hassle and I also want to go the ASUS route because most of the other parts are also ASUS, I know it doesn't matter but it just ties well together

Asus also makes good boards that aren't crazy expensive and will perform and last pretty much the same as their higher end offerings. Boards like the Z97-A

I think I'm going to go with the Z97-PRO (WiFi AC) any other thoughts?

I'l be getting the board next week.

If you HAVE to choose between the three boards you listed then get whichever one is cheapest. They will all perform and last the same.

I've built on the Sabertooth and the Z97-A (I know, not Pro/Wifi, but that's really what separates them aside from a few minor features). If ASUS released an X99 platform with 5 yr warranty I would have bought it, sadly the TUF lineup has yet to appear :(

IMO you won't be disappointed with the Sabertooth, and unless you actually need the WiFi on the Pro it's completely pointless. ROG board only if you want the "gaming" features; Sabertooth is the safe bet and is guaranteed to be so :D

*edit* also forgot to mention I've got a 4790k on a Z97-Gryphon, both the Sabertooth and the Gryphon OC'd like a dream. Only quibble is making sure you get RAM on the supported list for whatever board you end up choosing. Sabertooth really didn't like an older G.Skill kit I had, swapped it for one on the comp. list and everything was fine.

LanSyndicate Build | i5-6600k | ASRock OC Formula | G.Skill 3600MHz | Samsung 850 Evo | MSI R9-290X 8GB Alphacool Block | Enthoo Pro M | XTR Pro 750w | Custom Loop |

Daily | 5960X | X99 Sabertooth | G.Skill 3000MHz | 750 NVMe | 850 Evo | x2 WD Se 2TB | x2 Seagate 3TB | Sapphire R9-290X 8GB | Enthoo Primo | EVGA 1000G2 | Custom Loop |

Game Box | 4690K | Z97i-Plus | G.Skill 2400MHz | x2 840 Evo | GTX 970 shorty | Corsair 250D modded with H105 | EVGA 650w B2 |
