its not the shipping, my folks are worried cause hp bioses, are known to not fuction properly with all gpus, it the retuen policy issue, most online have fees,

I don't know where you got that information about HP bios's but its not correct. But all OEMs are potential nightmares for GPU upgrades. Mostly because of the PSU and boards. You see they are built to make money. Contracted to meet the specs and that's it. So upgrades are a risk. Not to mention the proprietary stuff they like to throw in so you can't upgrade. Also Fry, BestBuy have restocking fees also
