newly built pc no post... please help

I have just built a computer and the fans spin but no post. I have tried moving rams, reseating cpu and gpu and resetting the motherboard.

I am currently suspecting that the motherboard doesn't have the latest bios, but i have no idea how to update bios with no post. PLEASE HELP

 

cpu: amd athlon x4 860k

gpu: asus gtx 760

motherboard: msi a88xm e45

psu: corsair cx500m

ram: 8gb hyper fury 1866mhz

If you mean the wifi thing, all you need to do is get on another computer and download the bios through there. Put the usb in your new computer and install them.

the screen is just black. i tried plugging in a keyboard to see if the lights comes on but no luck.

make sure the selector switch on the power supply is set to the propper voltage

i cant see anything such as a selector switch on my powersupply

I'm not sure but i know you can download all your bios off another computer
