Lenovo Z50-Z70 RAM Upgrade?

So im currently looking for a notebook for my sister. she is studying abroad and her current notebook is crap

its the model with the i5 4210U, GTX 840M and 4GB ram

 

first, i'd like to know if this corsair ram would fit and work with the notebook  -> http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/4GB-Corsair-ValueSelect-DDR3L-1600-SO-DIMM-CL11-Single_931328.html

 

and another question is: will the 840m be able to play games like the sims 3 in native res at playable fps?
